We use facilitation to help collaborative groups solve complex issues, design programs and innovative solutions, and more. You can count on us to be engaging, fun, and productive.

We coach individuals working in the community and in the public, nonprofit, and community-based sectors. Specifically, we support people in their leadership development and ability to move important community-based change work forward.

And we coach groups. Sometimes it’s teams within organizations or community groups. Coaching relies on the inherent strengths in people and groups and invites them to ask and answer the question, “How might we work/work together to impact whole populations of people?”

Coaching in systems, communities, and organizations invites people and groups to go head-first into addressing some of our most difficult challenges. Working through complexity with a trusted partner (us), in the context of your community, with the people you work with, and on the issues you care most about, is how sustainable change roots itself.
